TO COMPLETE THE APPLICATION PROCESS
Please physically bring or mail the following to our office:
- Completed application for each applicant and co-signer.
- $50 processing fee per applicant.
- Copy of driver’s license or photo identification card.
- Income verification such as pay stubs, etc.
(After business hours of 9:00-5:00 Monday-Friday, you may deposit your application with related materials into the mail slot on the front door of our office.)

From I-440 Beltline, take Exit 4, Wade Avenue toward Cameron Village Shopping Center. Turn right onto St. Mary’s Street. Our office is on the left across from Broughton High School. Parking is available on the street as well as in the parking lot behind our office.
